Description

Level 404 is a unique and treacherous level of the Backrooms that manifests as an endless series of interconnected webpages and error messages. The environment appears as a surreal blend of digital interfaces and physical spaces, often shifting between the two without warning.

Explorers report finding themselves navigating through corridors made of cascading lines of code, rooms filled with oversized computer components, and vast empty spaces punctuated only by floating error messages and broken hyperlinks.

Entities

Several entities unique to this level have been documented:

Crawlers: Spider-like beings made of tangled network cables that navigate through the level's "web".
Pop-Ups: Aggressive floating windows that attempt to obstruct a wanderer's path or vision.
The Admin: A shadowy figure occasionally glimpsed, believed to have some control over the level's structure.
