Apple 1 Quick Start Guide
Welcome to the fully functional Apple 1 Simulator! Here's how to get started:
- The Apple 1 starts in the Woz Monitor. You'll see a '*' prompt.
- To enter BASIC, type 'E000R' and press RETURN.
- In BASIC, you can start programming! Try: 10 PRINT "HELLO WORLD"
- Then type RUN and press RETURN to see your program execute.
- Use CTRL+C to break program execution.
- Use CTRL+B or RESET to return to the Woz Monitor.
Special Keys:
- CTRL: Used in combination with other keys for special commands. Toggle lock with the CTRL key.
- SHIFT: Use to type uppercase letters and symbols. Toggle lock with the SHIFT key.
- REPT: Hold with another key to repeat that key's input.
- CLR: Clears the screen.
